They are called Gloster Canaries because they come from the Canary Islands. They come from the islands, unfortunately, but they cannot be seen in the wild. They are the result of long-decades of selective breeding. And also, Coronas (crested heads) and Consorts (smooth heads) are two varieties of Gloster Canaries in the world.
These cute colorful birds are not very social with people like parrots. Therefore, they don’t desire much human interaction. However, they are talented singers which have made them very popular among their lovers very quickly.
