Lynx is one of the four species of short-tailed cats in the family Felidae. They are found in the forests of Asia, Europe, and North America. Lynx are large-pawed cats with hairy ears, feathery soles, long-legged, and a broad, short head. Its coat, which forms a bushy ruff on the neck, is tawny to beige in color and somewhat spotted with brown and black, ear tufts and the tip of its tail is black in color. In winter the fur is smooth and hairs up to 10 cm. They are very quiet animals and are considered nocturnal animals except during their mating season.

One day, a woman Alison Burton suddenly saw a furry animal strolling around her home and at first thought it was a huge dog. but initially, she realized it was a lynx.

“I have never seen one in real life, ever,” Allison says. “I was so excited and in awe just to see this beautiful creature walking so close.”

She ran straight to the lynx to capture such a unique sight and we applaud her for doing so. Surprisingly, the lynx instead of panicking and running away walked gently and slowly streets across instead. Thus, Alison was able to capture as many pictures as possible. There were more strollers on the streets, but no one was surprised by its presence.

“It was just so majestic and happy to be in its own little world, doing its own thing,” Burton said.

In no time, the lynx returned to the wild and went to its own habitat. Alison couldn’t believe her eyes. It was really such a pleasant surprise!

To conclude and quote Alison’s final words, “Can’t Believe This Beautiful Kitty Just Walked Past My House.”
