Meet Veronika Dichka and her faithful fishing partner, Archie the bear…
Veronica has been taking care of Archie since he was rescued from a safari park two years ago. And Archie can’t be put back into the jungle with other wild animals. Veronika really provides a service that no one else can easily do. Indeed, it’s not a service, it’s a big help to Archie. So also Archie will surely repay the with a swarm of bear hugs.
A photographer captured Archie and Veronica bonding perfectly while fishing. They have been seen sitting on a fishing rod and hunting sea animals and fish. They are having a great time and it seems to be in an easygoing relationship.
At one point, Veronika says of Archie: “He treats me as if I were a member of his family; we eat together, he sleeps in my arms when he’s afraid, and he hides behind me. We rescued him from the safari park, but because he has lived his whole life in captivity, he cannot be released into the wild. Archie lives with us all day and is obsessed with water. He enjoys it when I take him to new places, so he had a great time with this shoot.”
